Is education really necessary? Haven't you been through enough? As a parent-to-be, you owe it to yourself and your new child to be as informed as possible. Becoming an adoptive parent is a lifelong commitment to your child. The adoption process doesn't end when the paperwork is complete. . .it only begins.

For adopting a child domestically, Adoptive
Family Services is here to help. For
international, since no international placing
agencies exist in West Virginia, prospective
Mountain State parents must choose an
out-of-state agency, while hiring a WV firm to
perform their home study and post-placement
follow-up. Adoptive Family Services can
perform the in-state services and, in addition,
is uniquely able to help these families analyze
choices for their international placement
agency. All firms are not created equally.
There are big differences between the
services, level of commitment and cost.
